After completing my MBA, I plan to return to India and resume my career at TCS. I’m aiming for a senior leadership position, such as a Unit or Cluster Head or a VP role. This would allow me to leverage my enhanced business acumen and leadership skills to contribute significantly to the organization. In the longer term, I aspire to start my own software consultancy business. The MBA will provide me with the strategic thinking and entrepreneurial skills necessary to build and grow a successful venture. I’m excited about the prospect of combining my technical expertise with my newfound business knowledge to create innovative solutions for customers.

I have spent years building my technical and operational skills in IT delivery management and now want to build a broader business perspective including marketing, finance and HR. I am driven by a desire to think strategically, to spot opportunities, and to lead innovative initiatives. I believe an MBA will give me the tools and knowledge to do just that. It will help me develop an entrepreneurial mindset and sharpen my decision-making skills. I’m excited about the prospect of applying these new skills to real-world business challenges and accelerating my career growth. An MBA degree will elevate my profile, making me a more competitive candidate for senior leadership roles. It will not only validate my leadership potential but also provide me with a broader business perspective that’s essential for success at this level.
