Since studying my undergraduate degree, I have been fascinated by the Power Systems field, so after working in the industry for a year, I decided to apply for the MSc Electrical Power Systems course at Birmingham. The best point of my course is how well-structured it is, with a good balance of theoretical and practical aspects. I find the feedback the lecturers give on coursework helpful as they cover both areas we need to improve on as well as areas in which we’ve performed well. The lecturers are very supportive and give lots of guidance on both coursework and how to succeed when looking for jobs.
