Questions

What are your career aspirations after completing the course?

I believe in the importance of financial inclusivity making financial services accessible to everyone to improve lives and communities. After completing this course, I aspire to build an impactful career with an international government body. If that opportunity doesn’t arise, I aim to pursue a career as a management consultant, focusing on the digital transformation of the finance industry.

Why did you choose to do an MBA?

Leading a traditional rural bank as CEO at a young age made me realize that effectively addressing future challenges requires a combination of practical experience and formal education. While managerial experience helps in solving present issues, I believe an MBA will provide the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the rapidly evolving challenges of my career. This MBA journey offers an opportunity not only to learn from accomplished lecturers but also to gain valuable insights from peers, many of whom bring diverse managerial expertise from their respective industries.
