Questions

What are your career aspirations after completing the course?

After completing my MBA, I would like to work in the UK or Europe as a consultant on strategic and business transformation consultancy assignments. I would like to be involved in a career that significantly impacts the growth of organizations and motivates innovation. In the long run, I would love to establish a social enterprise that empowers entrepreneurs, especially targeting women in developing regions, with support and mentorship for financial independence. These align with my goals to create sustainable solutions for inclusion that will help bring positive change to society.

Why did you choose to do an MBA?

My experiences in technical leadership roles, coupled with my active participation in NGOs and mentorship programs, inspired my decision to pursue an MBA. The “Reverse Mentoring” program, where I guided two senior-level executives, underscored the importance of strategic leadership and problem-solving at a higher organizational level. Similarly, my involvement with NGOs like “Youth for Seva” and empowerment initiatives through “Sabalikarana” further grew my urge to create a higher-order social impact. An MBA allows me to transition into consulting, where I can combine my analytical skills, leadership experience, and passion for driving meaningful business transformations.
