After more than eight years of professional experience, I decided to pursue an MBA to strengthen my business acumen and prepare for the executive roles I aspire to. I began my career as a Management Trainee at Avery Dennison, where I spent 6.5 years growing through various sales and business development roles across diverse industries and regions. As an Area Sales Manager at Avery Dennison, I focused on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, retaining customers, and developing new products. I then joined Bizongo, a dynamic SaaS startup, as a Specialist in Sales and Marketing, managing key accounts and onboarding new clients in my territory. After nearly a year, I transitioned to Searce Inc., working in the IT sector as a Senior Cloud Consultant, where I helped onboard enterprise clients for Google cloud solutions and led seamless cloud migration projects.
