During my time at Atkinsrelais, I successfully led a project, which boosted my confidence in team management and problem-solving. However, I found that a formal education in business principles would strengthen my ability to secure roles as a project manager in future projects.

I also helped my sister establish and operate a special needs center in Dubai. Through this experience, I recognized a need for formal knowledge in areas like accounting, strategy, finance, and marketing to make more impactful contributions.

With a goal of starting my own businesses in the future, I see an MBA as essential to gain comprehensive business insights and skills that will support my entrepreneurial journey.

Worked as a Civil Engineer in the site operations department at Atkinsrealis, UAE, from December 16, 2018, to August 30, 2024.

Acted as a consultant, overseeing the contractor’s execution of Civil/Structure and Architectural work from enabling works through to project handover. Ensured that contractor activities met all shop drawings, authority regulatory standards, and contract requirements across a variety of project types, including high-rise buildings, villa communities, and mixed-use developments. Focused on problem identification, problem-solving, and rigorous quality control throughout the construction phase.

Managed the Defects Liability Period (DLP) phase for one project, concentrating on resolving technical and contractual issues post-handover to the client. Involved in projects valued from 660 million to 2.5 billion AED, showcasing experience with large-scale developments across diverse project scopes.
