What are your career aspirations after completing the course?

After completing the MBA, I aim to leverage my skills in business strategy, financial management, and leadership to make data-driven decisions and lead high-performing teams. My focus is on roles centered around market expansion and digital transformation, where I can apply my experience in digital marketing and strategy. Ultimately, I aspire to create lasting impact by driving sustainable business practices, fostering diversity, and contributing to the long-term success and social responsibility of the organizations I serve. This aligns with my ambition to play a meaningful role in shaping innovative, responsible, and growth-focused business landscapes.

Why did you choose to do an MBA?

I decided to pursue an MBA to deepen my understanding of business strategy, strengthen my leadership skills, and broaden my knowledge of global markets. While my experience in digital marketing and AdOps has provided industry insights, I recognized that advancing into senior roles requires expertise in strategic management, financial analysis, and organizational behavior. An MBA equips me with essential skills to make data-driven decisions, manage diverse teams, and tackle complex challenges. Learning from experienced faculty and a diverse cohort will refine my perspective, empowering me to contribute strategically to my organization and make a meaningful impact in the business world.

Tell us about your career so far

With over 5 years of professional experience, I began my career as an Associate Analyst at Publicis Groupe, successfully leading campaigns for renowned brands such as GSK, Samsung, and Maserati. I progressed to the role of Media Analyst-L2 at Publicis Sapient, managing end-to-end advertising campaigns, conducting client-specific training, and leading significant projects like GSK Activation and UK Content Partnerships.

As an Associate Manager at Publicis Groupe, I implemented KPI tracking systems and company-wide training programs that enhanced decision-making and improved employee engagement. In my role as Manager-AdOps at Nexus Global GroupM, I showcased expertise in international client management, market expansion, recruitment, and strategic development.
