What are your career aspirations after completing the course?

After completing my MBA, I aspire to transition into a strategic consulting or business leadership role, leveraging my expertise in digital marketing, business strategy, and market expansion to drive business transformation. With experience in managing global clients, leading cross-functional teams, and executing high-impact digital initiatives, I am particularly interested in consulting roles focused on business strategy, digital transformation, and performance optimization. My goal is to help organizations navigate challenges, achieve sustainable growth, and drive long-term success through data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and innovation-led strategies.

Why did you choose to do an MBA?

I choose to pursue an MBA to enhance my expertise in strategy, leadership, and consulting, enabling me to drive business transformation and deliver innovative solutions. While my experience in digital marketing and AdOps has given me strong industry insights, I recognized the need for a deeper understanding of strategic management, financial analysis, and global markets to advance into senior roles. An MBA equips me with the skills to make data-driven decisions, lead cross-functional teams, and drive business growth. Learning from experienced faculty and a diverse cohort at the University of Birmingham allows me to refine my perspective and develop impactful strategies for complex consulting and business challenges.

With over five years of experience in digital marketing, strategy consulting, and business development, I have successfully managed international clients, optimized operations, and led high-impact projects. I have worked with major brands like GSK, Samsung, and Maserati, driving performance through data-driven strategies.

At Publicis Groupe and Publicis Sapient, I specialized in media planning, campaign optimization, and KPI-driven decision-making. Later, as Manager-AdOps at Nexus Global GroupM, I spearheaded market expansion, client engagement, and recruitment, managing 50+ global clients and enhancing brand visibility.

Currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Birmingham, I focus on leadership, strategy, and financial analysis while managing the UOB MBA FT Instagram account to drive engagement. Passionate about consulting and business transformation, I thrive on solving complex challenges with data-driven insights.
