A brief history of your career since leaving the University of Birmingham

After obtaining my master's and doctoral degrees from the University of Birmingham, I accomplished my ultimate goal of becoming a Professor of Business Administration at Wonkwang University, Korea.

Skills and knowledge from your postgraduate degree have you used in your career so far

I am teaching International Business and International Marketing, which requires a sense of global business affairs and insight into the business sector. While I was studying at the Birmingham Business School, I was able to gain profound knowledge in the fields of internationalisation and cultural diversity. The group projects I undertook on the MBA programme taught me teamwork skills, and on this programme I realised the importance of collaboration in Business practice. The experience I obtained at Birmingham has been invaluable to me, and has proven to be of great assistance in the workplace.
